    WHO IT IS FOR

One academy. one pathway. clear progression.

The Junior Academy is for beginners learning the game, developing players building consistency, and committed juniors pursuing school golf or competitive goals.

Rather than separating players into disconnected programs, we use one unified pathway that adjusts as the player grows.

    • All players, no matter their experience, begin in Level 1. Better players will advance quickly and eventually find the correct level they should be in. This ensures every player starts with the same foundation and understanding of the game.

    • No. Age helps with grouping, but level placement is based on fit, ability, and what will best support long-term growth.

    • As players pass their Operation 36 on-course challenges (scoring 36 or better on 9 holes from their current level) then they level up!

    • Higher levels include more coaching sessions, more on-course play, increased practice expectations, and a smaller coach-to-player ratio.

    • The best starting point is to schedule a call with one of our coaches. They will make sure your junior gets started at the correct level and with the correct group. Schedule a call here.
