HOW IT WORKS
A development-based academy, not a one-size-fits-all program.
Every player starts in the level that best fits their current ability and developmental needs. As they improve, the academy grows with them.
Step 1
Join the right level
Players begin in the level that best matches their current ability, experience, and readiness.
Step 2
Attend Coaching Sessions
Each month, players participate in academy coaching sessions designed for their stage of development.
Step 3
Play and apply skills
Players develop through on-course rounds and Operation 36 challenges, learning how to transfer skills from practice to play.
Step 3
Progress over time
As players improve, they move into levels with more sessions, more playing opportunities, more practice responsibility, and smaller coach-to-player ratios.

WHAT CHANGES AS PLAYERS MOVE UP?
Higher levels bring more structure and more ownership.
Progression is not based on age alone. As juniors advance, they receive more coaching and more playing opportunities while also taking on greater responsibility outside of class.
More coaching sessions
Players receive more touchpoints each month to reinforce development and accelerate progress.
More On-course play
Improvement is tested and trained on the course, not just on the practice tee.
Smaller coach-to-player ratios
Advanced levels create more direct feedback, more personalization, and stronger accountability.
Greater self-practice expectations
As players mature, independent practice becomes an essential part of long-term development.
