Returns & Refunds Policy

Effective Date: March 24, 2026

At BB Golf Academy, we are committed to providing a high-quality coaching experience. Please review our refund and cancellation policies carefully before purchasing services.

All Sales Are Final

All coaching services, lesson packages, memberships, and prepaid sessions are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated.

Lesson Packages

  • All lesson packages must be used within 180 days of purchase.

  • Unused sessions after this period will expire and are non-refundable.

  • Packages are non-transferable unless approved.

Monthly Memberships

  • Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis.

  • Membership services must be used within each billing cycle and do not roll over unless stated.

  • No refunds or prorated credits will be issued for partial months.

  • Memberships must be canceled prior to the next billing cycle to avoid renewal.

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

  • Late cancellations may be charged in full.

  • No-shows will be charged the full session fee.

On-Course & Playing Lessons

  • Clients are responsible for any applicable course or facility fees.

  • These fees are non-refundable and separate from coaching services.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds or credits may be considered at the sole discretion of BB Golf Academy in rare or exceptional situations.
