Terms & Conditions / Coaching Agreement

Effective Date: March 24, 2026

By purchasing, booking, or participating in services provided by BB Golf Academy (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“client,” “you,” or “parent/guardian”) agree to the following terms:

Coaching Services

BB Golf Academy provides golf instruction, coaching programs, on-course lessons, playing lessons, and video analysis services. All coaching is intended to support improvement; however, results are not guaranteed and depend on the client’s effort, consistency, and application.

Scheduling & Attendance

  • All sessions must be scheduled in advance.

  • Clients are expected to arrive on time and ready to participate.

Late Arrivals:

  • Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of arrival time.

  • Late arrival does not extend the session.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

  • No-shows will be charged the full session fee.

This policy applies to all lesson types, including on-course and playing lessons.

Payments & Refunds

  • Payment is required prior to or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

  • Coaching packages, memberships, and prepaid services are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

  • No refunds will be issued for partially used services.

Coaching Packages

  • All lesson packages must be used within 180 days of purchase.

  • Any unused sessions after 180 days will expire and be forfeited.

  • Packages are non-transferable unless approved in writing by BB Golf Academy.

  • No refunds will be issued for unused or expired sessions.

Monthly Memberships

  • Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise specified.

  • Membership benefits and included services must be used within each billing cycle and do not roll over unless stated.

  • Memberships may be canceled with prior notice before the next billing cycle.

  • No refunds or prorated credits will be issued for partial months.

Video Analysis & Remote Coaching

  • Video analysis services are provided based on submitted content from the client.

  • Timelines for feedback may vary depending on volume and scheduling.

  • Feedback is instructional in nature and requires client application for results.

On-Course & Playing Lessons

  • Clients are responsible for any applicable course fees, range fees, or facility charges unless otherwise stated.

  • On-course instruction involves additional variables and inherent risks, including interaction with other players and course conditions.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

  • Following instruction to the best of their ability

  • Practicing between sessions when applicable

  • Communicating goals, limitations, or concerns

Progress in coaching is a collaborative process.

Assumption of Risk

Participation in golf instruction, including lessons, on-course sessions, and practice activities, involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Injury from golf swings, balls, or equipment

  • Environmental and course-related conditions

By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks. A separate liability waiver may also be required.

Minors

  • Clients under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian agree to these terms.

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for scheduling, payment, and the minor’s conduct.

Conduct & Right to Refuse Service

BB Golf Academy reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if a client:

  • Acts in a disrespectful or unsafe manner

  • Fails to follow instruction or policies

  • Disrupts the coaching environment

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

  • Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled due to weather or unsafe conditions.

  • BB Golf Academy will make reasonable efforts to reschedule affected sessions.

Communication

By providing your contact information, you agree to receive communications related to:

  • Scheduling

  • Coaching updates

  • Service-related announcements

You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

Agreement

By booking or participating in services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
