THE PROCESS

How a private lesson works.

Every session has a clear structure so your time on the range counts.

1
You arrive.

Bring your clubs and your questions. No pre-work needed. We start where you are, not where you think you should be.

2
We assess.

Video analysis gives us an objective look at your swing. You'll see exactly what's happening at impact and where the real issue is.

3
We work on it.

Direct coaching on the range with clear drills. No jargon, no information overload — one or two key changes per session.

4
You leave with a plan.

1–3 focused drills targeting your core issues — nothing more, nothing overwhelming. Quality repetitions between sessions is where the real improvement happens.

AREAS OF FOCUS

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON.

Private lessons adapt to your game. We start where you need the most help and build from there.

Full Swing

Driver through wedge. Video analysis to find the root cause of your misses, not just the symptom. Ball flight tells the truth.

Short Game

Chipping, pitching, and bunker play — the fastest route to lower scores for most golfers. We'll find your go-to shots.

Putting

Setup, read, and stroke. Three sessions on the putting green can be worth more than three months on the range.

Course Management

Smarter decisions off the tee and into greens. Most golfers leave two to three shots on the course per round from poor planning.

Mental Game

Pre-shot routines, staying in the present, managing bad holes. Golf is played in your head — we address that directly.

Fitness & Mobility

A stronger, more flexible swing starts off the course. We'll flag any physical limitations that are shaping your swing pattern — and refer you to our partner Physical Therapist if we think it'll help.

"

I can confidently say that Bo is an incredible instructor. Bo is patient and encouraging and breaks things down to help me better understand what I need to do. He also will try different drills and options if one isn't exactly working. I highly recommend Bo Baker to anyone needing lessons.

COMMON QUESTIONS

BEFORE YOU BOOK.

What should I bring to my first lesson?

Your clubs and comfortable clothes. We have range balls and video equipment on site. Show up five minutes early and we'll get you warmed up.

I've never played golf. Is this the right starting point?

Yes. Private lessons work for complete beginners. If you've never hit a ball before, we'll say so up front and structure the session accordingly — no pretending experience you don't have.

How often should I take lessons?

Once every two to three weeks gives you enough time to practice what you worked on. More frequent isn't always better — the work between lessons matters as much as the lesson itself.

What's the cancellation policy?

Cancel with 48 hours notice and we'll reschedule at no charge. Late cancellations or no-shows count as a used session. Life happens — reach out and we'll work with you.

Do packages expire?

3-pack and 5-pack sessions expire 180 days from purchase. Unused sessions are non-refundable.

Can I buy a package as a gift?

Absolutely. Gift cards are available for any amount. Call or email us and we'll sort it out — they make a solid gift for any occasion, any level of player.

Ready to play better?

Your swing has a starting point. We'll find it.
