Quarterly Billing

Quarterly billing will receive an equal discount for additional months after the quarter is completed if the player continues. We will email you to see if you are continuing beyond the quarter and will give you instructions on next steps.

Pro-ration

All of the billing is setup for pro-ration. Here’s an example of how this would be used.

If a player starts out in Level 2 and then ranks up to Level 3, the system will automatically credit you depending on when the switch is made. So if the players moves up a class in the middle of your billing cycle, you will be credited for half of the original billing cycle to your new billing cycle.

Cancellation

A 30-day written notice is required to cancel. If notice is not received at least 30 days before your next billing date, you will be charged.
