OPERATION 36 JUNIOR GOLF PROGRAM

A proven, beginner-friendly junior golf program that teaches junior golfers how to score on the course—not just swing on the range.

Enroll in Operation 36

Many junior golfers lose confidence early because the game feels too difficult, too technical, or simply not fun. Operation 36 is designed to change that experience by giving young players a clear, achievable path to success every step of the way.

At BB Golf Academy, we use the Operation 36 Development Model to teach juniors how to play the game, not just swing a club. Players begin close to the hole, where scoring is possible right away, and gradually move back as their skills develop. This approach builds confidence through accomplishment, reinforces fundamentals in context, and keeps kids motivated to improve.

Rather than guessing whether they’re getting better, juniors progress through measurable benchmarks that make growth visible and rewarding. The result is a player who understands the game, enjoys learning, and develops the confidence to keep playing for years to come.

Build Real Confidence Through Play

Operation 36 is a nationally recognized junior golf development program designed to help players learn how to play the game from the hole backward.

Instead of starting on the driving range, juniors begin on the course by playing from just 25 yards and learning how to shoot a score of 36 or better.

As players improve, they progress through a series of distance levels—gradually moving farther from the hole while building real golf skills, confidence, and on-course decision-making. This structured progression ensures juniors are challenged appropriately while experiencing success at every stage of development.

At BB Golf Academy, Operation 36 provides a clear pathway for junior golfers to learn how to play the game—not just practice it.
