A Clear Path to Learning Golf—From the Green to the Tee

Operation 36 is a proven junior golf development system designed to help young golfers learn how to play the game from the course backward. Instead of starting juniors on the range and hoping it translates, Operation 36 begins on the putting green and gradually moves players farther from the hole as they demonstrate scoring ability.

Players progress through clearly defined levels, earning their way from 25 yards to full tee boxes by shooting 36 or better for nine holes at each distance. Weekly group practices focus on skill development, while on-course play gives players real scoring experience and measurable benchmarks.

This structure creates clarity, motivation, and confidence—helping juniors understand where they are, what they’re working toward, and how to improve over time.

Progress through levels. Learn to score. Build confidence on the course.

What You Can Expect

Clear Benchmarks & Progress Tracking

Juniors progress through defined Operation 36 levels by shooting 36 or better for nine holes at each distance. This gives every player a clear goal, measurable progress, and a strong sense of accomplishment.

9-Hole Events

Players regularly take their skills to the golf course four times per 8-week semester, learning how to score, manage the course, and make decisions in real playing situations—not just on the range.
